Columbia Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating 19-year-old Owen Alexander Woodard for aggravated burglary.  

Woodard, is a white male, approximately 6-foot-2, weighing 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.  He is possibly driving a 2005 gray Dodge Neon.
