The 70th annual Giles County Fair will open Monday at the Giles Agri-Park and is sponsored by the Pulaski Lions Club.

Prime Time Amusements will provide the rides and this year's theme is A Day At the Farm. One of the main highlights is the various exhibits offered within the Family and Community Education, 4-H and Youth and Agriculture departments.

Livestock exhibits will once again be a part of the fair. The annual open and junior beef show is scheduled for Thursday, August 1st. at 4:30 p.m.

The open and junior sheep show is set for Saturday afternoon, August 3rd.

Monday and Tuesday night is the Fairest of the Fair for baby miss up to senior miss.

Wednesday is Family night, Thursday and Saturday is Demolition Derby and Friday night is motorcross.

Exhibits are open to anyone in Giles County unless otherwise stipulated in the Fair Catalog , which can be picked up at the Extension Office.
