Three Giles County committee meetings have been called in August.

Commissioner Shara Flacy has called a monthly meeting of the Giles County Region Commission on Tuesday, August 6th at 5 p.m. in the basement boardroom at the courthouse annex.

Also, Commissioner Stoney Jackson has called a School Committee meeting on Wednesday, August 7th at 9 a.m. in the Courthouse Annex to discuss budget amendments

Immediately following the meeting, Chairman Tracy Wilburn would like to have a Legislative meeting to discuss the number of members on the Beer Board and also amending the budget.
