A Pulaski bank official notified WKSR today (Tuesday) concerning a mass check scam that went out as a text message.

Reports indicate that a person receives a text message on their phone and it states that persons debit card has been blocked and please select the link.

Two banks in Pulaski  have reported the scam and ask everyone not to click on that link if they receive the text.

Law enforcement in Giles County say phone scams continue to be a serious threat adding their offices receive complaints every day.
