Fifteen Giles Countians were renewed their notary duties and three new notaries were appointed during the Giles County Commission meeting.

Four judicial commissioners  were approved for a one year term. They were Edward Durant, Wayne Graves, Randy Keene and Hattie McCoy.

Reports from the Giles County Finance Director were approved during the meeting which included General Funds, Drug, Highway, School, Federal, Food Service, Debt Service, Capital Projects, Highway, education and other projects, Health Department, Extension Service, Sheriff Department, Trustees Investments, Xerox 7545 for Elkton School and Financial Management Policies and Procedures Manual.

Commissioners also authorized the amendment of the 2019-2020 budget, County General Fund 101 and Fund 176.
