The Giles County Commission is scheduled to meet Monday at the   Giles County Courthouse, beginning at 9 a.m.

Commissioners will be asked to consider a resolution authorizing County Executive Melissa Greene to enter into a contract with Southern Health Partners for the medical care of inmates at the Giles County Jail and a resolution to authorize the filing of an eminent domain lawsuit relative to removing trees for Abernathy Field Airport.

Also, commissioners will discuss changing the bi-monthly meetings to monthly and a resolution to opt out of local fire codes in Giles County.
