The mother of Colton Perryman, the murder suspect in the Pulaski shooting of Samantha "Stormy" Carter, is now facing charges in the incident that happened Monday.

According to media reports, Karla McDonald has been charged with tampering with evidence.

Perryman, 18, is charged with two counts of second-degree murder. He is being held in the Giles County Jail on nine hundred thousand dollars bond.

Pulaski officers are still working to determine a motive for the shooting.
