A Dallas, Texas man was arrested today during a routine stop and booked in the Giles County Jail on charges of driving under the influence.

Joshua Will Montgomery, 33, is to appear in court on June 25th to answer the charge. 

Deputy Reagan Jennings was the arresting officer.

In other arrest, Timothy Shane Medley, 43, of Ethridge, faces charges of public intoxication.

Medley was taken to the Giles County Jail and is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 25th.

Also,  Tennessee Highway Patrolman Ashton Cotner arrested Brian Russell Lanier, 34, of Goodspring,  during a routine stop and charged him with Driving Under the Influence, Driving on Revoked License, Violation of Implied Consent law and Contempt of Court.

Lanier was taken to jail and bonds on all charges were set a $3,450.

He is to appear in court on June 27th.
