Winterburn and Associates continues to host their fourth annual Flag Exchange through June 21.

 Exchange your worn American flag for a new one Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at 116 S. First St.

 Retired flags will be respectfully disposed of at an Elks Lodge ceremony.
