The Pulaski Police Department arrested James Watson Defoe, 22, today (Wednesday) and charged him with Aggravated Assault and Unlawful Carrying or Possession of a Weapon.

Defoe is being held in the Giles County Jail in lieu of a $11,000 bond.

He is to appear in General Sessions Court on June 27.

In other arrest, Samuel Roy Currington, 44, of Pulaski was arrested by the Giles County Sheriff Department and charged with Violation of Probation in Circuit Court and Theft of Property.

Currington is being held without bond.  Court appearance is set June 6.
