The Pulaski Police Department arrested Chastity Joanna Curtis, 27, on Monday and charged her with Theft of Property; Manufacture, Delivery, Sale or Possession of Methamphetamines; two counts of simple possession with casual exchange; unlawful drug paraphernalia and Failure to Appear.

Curtis is being held in the Giles County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling  $6,000.

She is to appear in General Sessions Court on June 6.
