Tennessee Highway Patrol arrested Parnell Oscar Sullivan, 46, of Huntsville during a routine stop Sunday and charged him with driving under the influence, driving on revoked license and violation of implied consent law.

Sullivan was taken to the Giles County Jail and bond was set at $5,000 and is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 4.
