UT Extension serves the citizens of Giles County with educational programs in the areas of Agriculture, Family and Consumer Sciences, Community Resource Development, and 4-H Youth Development.

Giles County Calendar of Events from the extension office shows very busy for the next several months.

On June 17th - 4-H Camp; July 29th, Fair Entries at the Giles County Agri-Park;  August 1st, Giles County Beef Show at 4 p.m.; August 3rd , 4-H Poultry Show and Sale; October 3rd and 4th Advanced Master Beef Class.

Giles County Extension Office is an outreach branch of the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture, providing research-based solutions and information to the citizens of Tennessee.
