Tennessee Highway Patrol arrested Jesus Rivera Morales, 26, of Huntsville during a routine stop Tuesday morning and charged him with driving under the influence.

Morales was taken to the Giles County Jail and bond was set at $1,000 and he is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 30.
