The non-custodial mother of a 4 month old was extradited Thursday back to the Giles County Jail from Athens, Alabama to answer charges.

Courtney Nicole Burchell, 25, has been charged with felony child endangerment, after she took the child Sunday from Pulaski to a home in Elkmont.

Limestone County Sheriff's deputies went to an Elkmont residence after an anonymous call Wednesday and found the baby and the non-custodial mother.

Bond was set at $3500 and Burchell is to appear in General Sessions Court next Tuesday.
