Pulaski Recreation center will be the host of a free Pre-17th Center Demonstration on Friday.

Local Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) group and the Canton of South Reach will be demonstrating historical recreations of art, music, clothing and dance from 5 until 8 p.m.

Heavy armored combat and archery demonstrations from this time period will also be performed.

The Society for Creative Anachronism is an international living history group with the aim of studying and recreating mainly Medieval European cultures and their histories before the 17th century.
