The widely renowned Celebrate Recovery program will open in Pulaski this week.

The program begins Tuesday at 6 p.m. for people dealing with any type of additions.

Attendees will meet in the newly renovated CB Outreach building, at First Baptist Church located at 511 S. First St. in Pulaski. A meal is always included.

 Eddie Woodard, pastor of Sunrise Chapel in Elkton, has had a Celebrate Recovery group for five years at the church.

Woodard said he hopes people in Pulaski will have the same success and be open to its many facets.

 The property’s board of directors now consists of representatives from six local churches who envision the ministry as a launch-pad to possibly include other helpful programs like GriefShare, DivorceCare and periodic medical clinics.

According to David Vann, one of the coordinators helping establish the new Pulaski program, a person does not have to make a commitment when attending the meetings.
