Four new deputies from Giles County graduated from the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy Thursday in Nashville.

The newly certified deputies are Dennis Keefer, Fred Stanfa, Arthur Adams and Reagan Jennings.

They join thousands of law enforcement officers who have studied at TLETA during its more than 50-year existence.

Giles County Sheriff Kyle Helton, Captain Joe Purvis and Chief Deputy Brandon Beard attended the graduation ceremony.

Helton said  it is an absolute honor to attend the graduation ceremony of the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy. These Deputies have completed an intense 12 week training program and our department looks forward serving the citizens of Giles County alongside these new graduates.

The next Basic Police School class begins March 31.
