The Giles County Election will meet tomorrow at 10 a.m. in the Commission's basement office at the Courthouse Annex.

On the agenda is to call the Republican county primary, inspect new voter registrations among other matters that may come before the Commission.

The Giles County Property Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 31, in the Basement Boardroom at the Courthouse Annex.

The committee will discuss, among other items, to allow the Economic Development Commission to have copies of the project development for Exit 14 from Sain Associates, to sell a lot in Frankewing and to allow Georgia Peterson to speak about the old city dump.

The Giles County Environmental Committee will meet at 9 a.m., tomorrow in the Basement Boardroom at the Courthouse Annex.

The tentative agenda discussions include: grant applications for new convenience centers, used oil and education and outreach; also tentative ease agreements contingent upon grant approval and a budget amendment for 2017-18.
