Tennessee Highway Patrol arrested a Goodspring man today (Wednesday) on driving under the influence.

Jeffery David Rushing, 57, was charged with DUI, Driving while license was revoked, Resisting Arrest, False Reports and Violation of Implied Consent Law.

He is being held in the Giles County Jail on bonds totaling $7,250 and is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on March 19 at 8:30 a.m.
