The Columbia Police department is seeking the public's help  locating an individual wanted on kidnapping, assault and theft charges.

David Thomas Thorpe, 32, is described as a white male, six foot tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds.

He is believed to be driving a black 2016 Dodge Challenger with a red stripe.

Thorpe has active warrants for kidnapping, simple assault, and theft under one thousand dollars.
