David Timms, 26, of Goodspring was arrested today (Friday) and charged with Driving Under the Influence. He is the Giles County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bond.

Pulaski Police Sergeant Keith Crabtree was the arresting officer.

Other arrests were Dylan Cole Lockwood, 20, of McEwen, being held without bond on two counts of Probation Violation in General Sessions Court. 

Kardell Smith, 43, of Thibodaux, Louisiana has been charged with Theft of Property.

Smith is being held in the Giles County Jail on $25,000 bond. Arresting officer was Tennessee Highway Patrolman Heith Daniels.

General Sessions Court date for all three men is set Tuesday, March 5.
