The Giles County Region Planning Commission  will meet Thursday,  March 7, at 5 p.m. in the Basement  Boardroom of the Courthouse Annex Building.

Regular monthly business is on the agenda.

The Giles County Board of Education (GCBOE) will meet in a work session on Tuesday, March 5 at 5 pm at Bridgeforth Middle School .

On the agenda is SG representatives update; Facility and Policy Committee; Student Fees and Fines; Director of School Evaluation Tool; SRO’s in each school; 5 year Capital Improvement Plan; and Tina Crim will discuss Hemp.

The next regular school board meeting will be Thursday March 7 at Richland School.
