It all began early Saturday morning. The first of many water rescue calls that would come in was received from Giles County. Fire and Rescue volunteers in the area rescued four people from a home on Alf Harris Road.

The storms have left several Giles County roads effected, including Veto Rd, Prospect Rd, Dixontown Rd, Kelley Creek Rd, Jack Holt Rd, Big Dry Creek Rd, Minnow Branch, Gunter Smith Rd, Old Campbellsville Rd, Little Dry Creek Rd, Clear Creek Circle, Briar Patch Rd, Dog Branch Rd, Vales Mill Rd, Alsup Hollow, Baugh Rd, Robertson Hollow Rd, and Milky Way Rd.

Road Crews will be out in force today in Giles County cleaning debris, and checking roadways and bridges. Please use caution…
