Lewisburg Police Department officers were called to the Ye Ole Steakhouse restaurant on Nashville Highway in Lewisburg Friday, according to media reports.

They arrived to find James Dockery, 56, of Cornersville, seriously injured. Dockery, who suffered a blunt trauma to the head, was pronounced dead while being transported by EMS.

Patrick Dean Armstrong, 26, of Lewisburg, was taken into custody and has been charged with criminal homicide. He is currently being held at the Marshall County Detention Facility.
