The holidays are full of stressful events from shopping, to traveling and family get-togethers. But they're even more stressful for those who have just lost a loved one. 

Do whatever you can do to honor those people that you’ve lost but also to bring those memories back around and have that joy. Reach out to family and friends, especially church family for comfort and support.

The holidays can be stressful even without grief, but eventually the season ends.
