One person was killed and another injured in a two-car accident Tuesday evening just south of Lawrenceburg on Rabbit Trail Road.

Officials with the Tennessee Highway Patrol said Billy J. Reedy Sr., 72, Leoma, was killed in the crash that happened just after 5 p.m.

Troopers said Marcus E. Kennedy, 42, also of Leoma, was flown to Vanderbilt Hospital.

No other details were available.
