In other totals from last night’s election, Bill Lee, Tennessee’s new Governor received 6,729 votes in Giles County to challenger Karl Dean’s 2,749 votes.

Marsha Blackburn was elected to the Senate with Giles County’s support claiming 6,403 votes to Phil Bredesen’s 3,081 votes in Giles County.

And, finally…Mark Green received 6,044 votes in Giles County for US House District 7 to challenger Justin Kanew’s 2,394 votes.
