After a 37 minute delay for lack of a 4 person forum, the called meeting of the Pulaski Board Of Mayor and Alderman came to order on Thursday.

The purpose of the meeting was to open bids for paving of some Pulaski streets.

Bids were received from Wright Paving and the Rogers Group.  The total bid for Wright Paving was $785,360.12 and the Rogers Group’s bid was $796,282.00.

The council then made and seconded a motion to refer the bid information to City Administrator Terry Harrison with the authority to select the best bid.

The selected paving provider’s specifications will then be sent to TDOT for acceptance of the proposal.
