Three people have been arrested in connection to a string of burglaries in recently vacated homes, the Limestone County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday.

Amanda Sullivan, 36, of Elkmont, Donald Eugene Greenhaw, 53, of Elkmont, and Tommy Dale Brown, 42, of Anderson, are each charged with one count of third-degree burglary, 

Authorities have not said how the three were connected to the burglaries, which occurred at two residences that had been recently vacated by elderly women.

Public Information Officer Stephen Young said the investigation is ongoing, and additional arrests are expected.

Young said investigators are still seeking Kenneth Wayne Wilburn in connection with the case. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Limestone County Sheriff's Office at 256-232-0111.

Young encouraged anyone who may have purchased stolen property from the listed suspects to contact the sheriff's office.
