A tractor-trailer overturned yesterday afternoon in the southbound lanes of I-65, south of the Tennessee state line and north of Exit 365 in the Ardmore area of Limestone County.

The Alabama Department of Transportation said the inside southbound lane was blocked near mile marker 366 and caused traffic problems for a short time. Authorities closed both lanes while crews worked to get the vehicle upright.

All lanes were reopened just after 5pm yesterday.
