The City of Pulaski will conduct its semi-annual Amnesty week from October 1st thru October 5th.  During Amnesty Week the street and sanitation department will allow residents of the city to put large household junk items on the curb next to their garbage carts for pick-up.  Items should be put out the day of your normal garbage pick-up during this week.

Among the items that will be accepted by the city will be old furniture items and old appliances.  Items left at a vacant house will not be picked up.

Hazardous waste items and tires will not be picked up, no paint, items containing oil, batteries or anything containing refrigerants such as refrigerators and air conditioners.

Anything put out after the 5th, other than regular garbage in your carts won’t be picked up by the city.

If there are any questions call 363-3234.
