During a recent meeting of the Exchange Club in Pulaski, Joe Young was named Exchangite of the year. Joe is employed with First National Bank, and is the outgoing president of the group.

Joe said while he was in office his goal was to increase membership in the group, and to continue supporting the community projects the group is known for.

The Pulaski club has supported the Exchange baseball park for 60 years, and has about 30 members. Joe has been an active member of the Exchange Club for over 20 years.
