Chairman Tommy Pope has scheduled a meeting of the Ambulance Committee, 8 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 8 in the Basement Boardroom of the Courthouse Annex.

On the agenda will be a discussion about the Giles County morgue.

The Giles County Region Planning Commission will meet at 5 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 3, in the Basement Boardroom at the Courthouse Annex.

Chairman Shara Flacy says regular monthly business discussions are on the agenda.

The Flag and Seal Committee will meet at 9 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 15, in the Basement Boardroom at the Courthouse Annex.

The committee members will finalize plans for the official flag and seal that was recently approved by the Giles County Commission.
