Donna Kay Martin, age 62, passed away on September 15, 2021 at her home.
She was born in Pulaski, TN, on February 10, 1959, retired from Frito Lay, she was preceded in death by her parents, William Thomas and Ruby Jeanne Michaels Helton.
Visitation will begin at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, until memorial service time at 6:30 PM, at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Survivors are: husband, Barry Martin, Pulaski, son, Dylan Freemon and Desiree, Pulaski, brothers, Richard Helton, Pulaski, Tommy Helton, Pulaski, grandchildren, Loryn Elizabeth Freemon and Deacon Daniel Freemon of Pulaski.
