Dedie White, age 51, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN.  She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, employed with the State of Tennessee as an eligibility counselor, and of the Baptist Faith. 

 

She was preceded in death by her father, Nick James.

 

She is survived by one daughter, Hannah White (James Dylan Lancaster) of Lawrenceburg, TN; honorary daughter, Emily Dunkin (Blake) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one sister, Edie Wilburn (Mark) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one brother, Norman "Bubba" James of Columbia, TN; her mother, Sandra Egly (Fred) of Lawrenceburg, TN; two honorary grandchildren, Carlie Dunkin and Abby Dunkin; her fur babies, Chloe, Elli, Charlie, Hazel, and Cara; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many close friends.

 

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home. A memorial service will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 7:00 PM Thursday, September 2, 2021, with Leann Hartsfield and Mickey Brackin officiating.  The family suggests memorials be made in honor of her daughter to the American Heart Association.  Condolences may be sent by way of our website at www.nealfuneralhome.net.
