Jimmy Dale Campbell, age 88, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, August 27, 2021, at MeSun Health Services in Lawrenceville, GA.  He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, retired Industrial Chemist from Murray Ohio, and a member of New Prospect United Methodist Church.  Mr. Campbell served his country honorably in the U.S. Air Force. 

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Hollis and Elizabeth Sophia Shaw Campbell; and his wife, Jo Anne Russ Campbell.

 

He is survived by one daughter, Mary Lynn Campbell (Guy Priester III) of Snellville, GA; one son, Dale Scott Campbell (Monica) of Franklin, TN; one sister, Faye Smith of Leoma, TN; and one grandson, Guy Priester IV of Marietta, GA.

 

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, September 03, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, September 04, 2021.  Interment will follow at Mimosa Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN with full military honors.  Condolences may be sent by way of our website at www.nealfuneralhome.net.
