Jeffrey Alec Palmer, 64, of Florence died Friday, August 20, 2021 at NAMC.

He was the son of Shirley Palmer.

A graveside service will be Friday, August 27, 2021, 2 PM at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens with Rod Stansky officiating.  Elkins Funeral Home is assisting the family.
