Jacqueline Marie Hood Carroll, age 90, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, July 12, 2021, at her residence.  She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, attended Florence State University and University of Tennessee Knoxville, a homemaker, and a member of Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church.  She was also a member of DAR, Home Demonstration Club, Lawrence County Library Board, and the Study Club.   
 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oron Christopher and Virgie Hyatt Hood; her husband, Lloyd Earl Carroll, Sr.; two sons, Lloyd Earl Carroll, Jr. and Charles Christopher Carroll; and one sister, Virginia Hood Childress.
 
She is survived by three daughters, Jane Gay Carvell (Kent), Sharon Remke (Tom), and Anne Carroll; one son, Dan Carroll (Vicki), all of Lawrenceburg, TN; seven grandchildren, Alex Carvell, Rachel Carvell, Austin Remke, Paige Carroll Johnson (Eric), Carroll Marie Remke Blackwood (Orry), Amanda Remke, and Leeanna Carroll; two great-grandchildren, Etta Rose Blackwood and Jack Carroll Johnson; several nieces and nephews.
 
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Saturday, August 14, 2021, at Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be conducted at Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church at 4:00 PM Saturday, August 14, 2021, with Kevin Marston officiating.  The family suggests memorials be made to Lawrence County Public Library, Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church, or the American Diabetes Association.  Condolences may be sent by way of our website at www.nealfuneralhome.net.
