O’neal “Buddy” Stanley, age 84 of Loretto, TN, passed away on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Tennessee Regional Health System. He was a member of Liberty Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He proudly served his country in the National Guard. In his spare time, he loved outdoor life, walking, working in the yard, and riding around. Buddy never met a stranger and he loved to meet and talk to new people. He was a devoted Clemson Tigers Fan.  

He is preceded in death by his Parents, Olin and Ada Stanley; Son, Mark Wheeler; 1 Brother; 2 Sisters.

He is survived by his Wife, Wanda J. Stanley; Sons, Richard Stanley (Deborah), David Stanley (Lesa), Michael Wheeler Jr. (Cindy), Marty Wheeler (Sandy); 11 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchild; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Liberty Grove Missionary Baptist Church on Monday, June 28, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with the Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 p.m. with Brother Jeff Putnam officiating.

Interment will be at Liberty Grove Cemetery.
