Willie Joe Woodard passed away Sunday, June 13th, 2021, at Meadowbrook Health and Rehab in Pulaski. He was born on February 14th, 1946 in Pulaski, Tennessee and was 75 years old.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
He was preceded in death by his parents George Woodard and Ruby Russell Stewart, 2 brothers David and Charles Woodard, and 4 sisters, Geraldine Martin, Lorene Wright, Annette Woodard, and Nell Pinkard.
Several nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews also survive.
