Jewell Marie Bunt Putman, age 91, of Ethridge, TN passed away Friday, June 11, 2021, at Keestone Senior Community in Lawrenceburg, TN.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a homemaker, and a lifetime member of Ethridge First Baptist Church. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Weaver J. and Emma Roberts Bunt; her husband, Herbert Putman, Sr.; seven brothers and sisters.

 

She is survived by three sons, Herbert Putman, Jr. (Pam) of Summertown, TN, Jerry Putman (Karen) of Ethridge, TN, and Harold Putman (Ruth), Odenville, AL; seven grandchildren, Shannon Putman of Rossville, GA, Jason Putman of Guild, TN, Jamie Putman of Franklin, TN, Crystal Tidwell of Lawrenceburg, TN, Barry Putman of Lawrenceburg, TN, Wayne Putman of Trussville, AL, and Ava Andrews, Alabaster, AL; eleven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

 

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Sunday, June 13, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Sunday, June 13, 2021, with Mike Wimberly officiating.  Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.  The family suggests memorials be made to The Gideons International.  Condolences may be sent by way of our website at www.nealfuneralhome.net.
