Richard Neal Rose, age 68, of Pulaski, Tennessee, passed away Sunday afternoon, May 30, 2021 at Maury Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving wife and children.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 2, 2021 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.

Visitation will also be 1:00pm until 2:00pm Thursday, June 3, 2021. The memorial service will follow at 2:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.

Born June 12, 1952 in Pulaski, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Arvie Lee and Iva Mae Rose. He was also preceded in death by his brother Anthony Leroy Rose and a sister Margie Laverne Rose.

Richard bravely served in the 101st Airborne Division of the U. S. Army from 1969 to 1972 during the Vietnam War, after which he was honorably discharged for injuries sustained. He worked as a supervisor at Maremont Gabriel in Pulaski, TN and Modine Manufacturing Company in Lawrenceburg, TN. He also worked as a lineman for Pulaski Electric System in Pulaski, TN and Charter Cable in Columbia, TN.

Richard is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Patty Johnson Rose. Daughter, Nikki Rose Oliver of Lynnville, Tennessee. Son, Jonathan (Christie) Rose of Lynnville, Tennessee, Son, Dustin Neal (Tina) Rose of Pulaski, Tennessee, Daughter, Amber (Jerrett) Curtis of Summertown, Tennessee. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, Dillon Rose, Tyler Oliver, Bethany Oliver, McKenzie Rose, Chloe Jones, Addison Jones, Raylan Rose, Julia Mae Rose, and Case Curtis, One great-grandchild Kooper Rose, His sister, Conetha Rose Perrydore, Sister-in-law Judy Rose and brother-in-law Ray (Deb) Johnson.

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Richard was very blessed to have many lifelong friends.
