Jesse Will Cox, Jr. passed Sunday May 23, 2021 at NHC Healthcare and Rehab in Pulaski, Tennessee. He was born on August 1st, 1935 in Giles County and was 85 years old.
Jesse was a lifetime member of the Frankewing Lions Club and the American Legion. He served in the Army National Guard for 38 years. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed woodworking.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 26th, 2021 from 1:00 to 2:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
Funeral Service will follow at 2:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
Burial will follow in Giles Memory Gardens with full military honors.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Giles County Public Library/ 122 S 2nd street, Pulaski, TN 38478 or the American Legion/175 Ray Holt Road Attn: Linda Holt c/o American Legion.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jesse Will Cox Sr, and Mary Cox, Daughter, Tina Cox and sister Mary Will Morgan.
He is survived by his
Wife, Betty Cox of Pulaski, TN.
Daughter, Terri (Steve) Williams of Spring Hill, TN
Granddaughter, Sarah Slayton and Dustin Talley of Centerville, TN
Grandson, Joshua Slayton of Spring Hill, TN
