Sammy Head, Jr., age 45, of Georgia passed away Thursday, April 29, 2021, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center.  He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, and a supervisor for Viracon. 

 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Lee Shepherd Head; and one sister, Catherine Head.

 

He is survived by three sons, Justin Head (Brittany) of Georgia, Jacob Head of Georgia, and Joshua Head of North Carolina; three grandchildren, Donovan Head, Logan Head, and Bella Head; and his father, Sammy Head, Sr. of Tennessee.

 

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 4, 2021.  Interment will follow at Kidd Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.  Condolences may be sent by way of our website at www.nealfuneralhome.net.
