Kenneth (Ken) Hugh Crook passed away in Glendale, AZ on April 15, 2021 at his home.  He was born on May 2, 1944 in Pulaski, TN and was 76 years old.  Ken attended Giles County High School and Peabody College.  He was a Veteran of the Air Force and was a long time radio personality and voice over artist.  He was the host of a morning show in Phoenix, AZ.  He loved movies, music, running and playing the piano.

A graveside service will be on May 1, 2021 at 2:00pm at Maplewood Cemetery in Pulaski, TN with full military honors.

He was preceded in death by his parents Harry Owen Crook and Virginia Gaines Crook.

He is survived by his:

Daughter, Lorri Ford (Scot), of Waxhaw, NC

Grandson, Taylor Shelton, of Columbia, SC

Granddaughter, Natalie Ford, of Waxhaw, NC

Granddaughter, Grace Shelton, of Chapin, SC

Granddaughter, Camryn Ford, of Waxhaw, NC
