Keith Palmer Mattox, age 59, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN.  He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, employed at Modine Mfg., and a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church.  He was a follower of Jesus Christ and The Gideons International. 

 

He was preceded in death by his father, Red Mattox. 

 

He is survived by his wife, Gale Davis Mattox of Lawrenceburg, TN; two sons, Brandon Palmer Mattox (Betty) and Christopher Lyle Mobbs (Mary Claire Allen-Mobbs), both of Lawrenceburg, TN; his mother, Elizabeth Mattox of Lawrenceburg, TN; three brothers, Thomas Wayne Mattox (Sandy), Dennis Mattox (Barbara), and Gary Mattox (Arlana Cummings), all of Lawrenceburg, TN; and four grandchildren, Caime Faith Mattox, Wyatt Palmer Mattox, Gracelynn Kay Mattox, and Oakley Lovell.

 

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, March 13, 2021, at Mars Hill Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be conducted at Mars Hill Baptist Church at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 14, 2021, with Mickey Brackin and Jeff Overton officiating.  Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.  The family suggests memorials be made to The Gideons International or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.   Condolences may be sent by way of our website at www.nealfuneralhome.net.
