Ruth Adams (Donegan) Glendenning of Arundel, died January 31st, 2021. She was born January 24th, 1934, in Pulaski, Tennessee and was 87 years old. She was the youngest of 11 children of Ed and Halsie Willoughby Adams.
Ruth was feisty and lived life to the fullest, her way. Working 2 jobs, she went back to school and got her degree in “Therapeutic Recreation” at USM in 1981. Ruth suffered her biggest loss when her son James S. Donegan Jr. died suddenly on April 27th, 2020. She cherished her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren, never missing a birthday or special occasion.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00pm Sunday, March 14th, 2021 at Lynnwood Cemetery.
She is survived by,
Sons, Danny R. Donegan (Susan) of Lyman and Roy L. Donegan of Sanford;
Grandchildren, Danny R Donegan Jr. and his partner Katherine Ebersole of St. Petersburg, Florida; Kelly Capener from Lyman; A.J. Roy Donegan from Sanford; and Joey Donegan from Waterboro.
Great grandchildren, Trevor, Samuel, Morgan, Mikaela, Jeremiah Capener of Lyman, Desmond and Jaxen Donegan of Sanford.
