Thomas “Tom” Howard Bass died Monday at his home in Elkton. He was a Giles County native and was retired from Frito-Lay as well as the Giles County School System.

Survivors include two brothers, Larry Bass and wife Margie, and Malloy Bass of Elkton. Several other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation will be Saturday at the Farmers Indian Creek Tabernacle beginning at 12:00 noon with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. with burial in Maplewood Cemetery.
