James “Jim” Salters died June 7that his home in Pulaski. He was born in Huntsville and was 72 years old. He was a farmer and a member of New Zion Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 9th from 12:00 to 2:00PM in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
Memorial Services will follow at 2:00PM in the chapel.
Survivors include his Wife, Peggy Salters of Pulaski, Daughters, Maggie Salters of Pulaski, Sarah and husband Mike Pierce of Pulaski, Dawn and husband Mike Palmer of Michigan, Deborah and husband Randall Swanner of Alabama, Sons, John and wife Beatriz Cavanaugh of Mexico, Frank and wife Tammi Cavanaugh of Michigan, Michael Cavanaugh of Pulaski, Patrick and wife Kathy Cavanaugh of Michigan, Brothers, Archie Wayne Salters of Pulaski, Thomas Glen and wife Dana Salters Columbia, Randall Ray Salters of Cornersville, Grover and wife Sandra Salters of Tony, 17 Grandchildren, several other Special Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, a Great-Great grandchild, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of arrangements for James “Jim” Salters.
